BMS Modules

Overview

The battery management system mainly consists of master module ( BMU ), slave module ( PCBA ), relay and a display screen ( optional ), can use at most 128 12V module series, the highest voltage is up to 700V.

The system BMU through RS485 bus access from the slave module of each series battery voltage, current, temperature information, judging whether the disconnecting relay.

Features

In addition to basic over voltage, under voltage, over current, Over Temperature and balance function, lithium iron phosphate battery management system also has the following features:

  1. System easy to expand
  2. Two stage alarm makes the system maintenance convenience
  3. CAN2.0 and Industrial grade electronic components makes the BMS more reliable
  4. Relay makes the system more secure and reliable ,when large current charging and discharging
  5. system before running and running ensure the personal safety of regularly insulation measurement;
  6. IP56 level dust-proof, waterproof design extends the system applicability;
  7. underwent a superior system dispatching and management
